Continuim Equity Partners Officially Welcomes Henry Watson
As of September 6, 2021, Henry Watson has joined Continuim Equity Partners as our President.
Henry will be responsible for all aspects of Continuim’s business and investments, including deal execution, integration, and portfolio company management. Henry will work directly with each portfolio company’s management team, alongside Continuim’s advisor network, to support the investment from acquisition through growth, optimization, and exit.
Prior to co-founding Continuim, Henry’s focus has been on executive-level, hands-on leadership, deal execution and integration work. Serving as President and Chairman of the Board for his former family business, he was primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the company and its strategic growth initiatives before leading the company’s sale to The Sherwin-Williams Company.
After selling, Henry’s focus shifted to integrating his business into Sherwin-Williams, as well as leading transactions while working for Sherwin-Williams’ head of M&A. In addition, Henry worked within PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transaction Services group, where he advised premier private equity and corporate clients on complex valuation and accounting issues associated with a variety of transactions and structures.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Henry attended Villanova University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accountancy and B.S. in Business Administration. During his free time, Henry enjoys playing golf and travelling with his wife and two daughters.
